We support meaningful participation and leadership, particularly for women, young people, persons with disabilities and underserved groups.

Our work combines lived experience, practical evidence, partnership and learning. We seek to understand who is being left out, why barriers exist and what can be done to strengthen the pathways between people and opportunity.

We use lived experience and practical evidence to understand who is excluded, what barriers they face and what needs to change.

We help people better understand and reach relevant services and opportunities through supported referrals and follow-up.
